Last updated: 25 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VixitAi Labs (“VixitAi”, “we”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our websites and the VixitAi platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data responsibly.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, clinic/business name, email, phone, and billing details you provide when registering or subscribing.
  • Usage data — log data, device/browser information, IP address and analytics about how you use the Service.
  • Payment data — processed securely by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card or bank credentials on our servers.
  • Customer-entered data — records (including patient information) that Customers enter into the platform, which we process on their behalf.
  • Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure performance (see section 4).

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure and improve the Service.
  • To process subscriptions, payments and recurring billing.
  • To provide customer support and send service-related communications.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Patient & health data

Where the platform stores patient health information, the Customer (clinic/hospital) is the controller of that data and VixitAi acts only as a processor, using it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell health data and we apply access controls, encryption and audit logging to protect it.

7. Data security

We protect data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access control and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
