Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the VixitAi platform, operated by VixitAi Labs, can be cancelled and when refunds apply.

1. Subscriptions

VixitAi is a recurring subscription service. Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual) via your chosen payment method, including UPI AutoPay or card mandates.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing vixitaissh@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Cancelling your UPI/card mandate in your bank or UPI app also stops future auto-debits.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable, as the Service remains available to you for that period.
  • If you were charged due to a duplicate, failed or erroneous transaction, we will refund the affected amount in full.
  • Refunds, where approved, are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take additional time).
  • New customers who face a genuine technical issue that prevents use of the Service may request a review within 7 days of first payment.

4. How to request a refund

Email vixitaissh@gmail.com from your registered email with your account/clinic name and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
