VixitAi is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping. This policy explains how the Service is delivered.
1. Digital delivery
The Service is delivered entirely online through your web browser. No goods are shipped or couriered.
2. Activation timeline
Access is provisioned immediately or, where manual verification is required, normally within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Your account and clinic subdomain become available once activated.
3. Access
Login credentials and your clinic subdomain link are provided on the screen after signup and/or sent to your registered email. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
